30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is broken or malfunctioning:

Email info@readyrituals.com with a photo or video of the issue.

We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide an item isn't right for your ritual, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated inspection address. Items must be in "like-new" condition to qualify for a refund.
