Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once the item has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Because some of our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  Europe: 7–15 business days

  United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days

  Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs processing, shipping carrier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Ready Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the package can be redirected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ready Rituals  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for the order. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Ready Rituals
