To offer the latest smart home tech at competitive prices, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in Hong Kong.

    - How long does shipping take?

 Processing: 1–3 business days.

Standard Delivery: Typically 7–15 business days (USA, UK, EU). Please allow up to 20 days during peak seasonal holidays.

    - Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

 If you ordered multiple items (e.g., a soap dispenser and a rack), they may ship from different specialized warehouses to reach you faster.

Orders & Payments:

Can I change or cancel my order?

 Because we process orders rapidly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After this window, the order is likely in transit, but you may return it for a refund once it arrives.
